MEET THE FOUNDER
Pravir Seevnarayan has worked across multiple sectors of SA industry, spanning Manufacturing, Mobile Telecoms and Renewable Energy with rich experience across all facets of business. His skill set spans from ideation to commercialisation across all business departments in both manufacturing and retail.
Pravir specialises in the designing and innovation of solutions to multiple challenges that businesses face. From product and strategy design to operational efficiency and marketing management, Pravir has been instrumental in improving every department of the businesses in which he has worked.
He has launched new brands in various territories across the continent, and brought global brands into South Africa. As Managing Director of Lylax Bedding and SERTA (US), he has built, managed and marketed 6 brands with over 650 personnel in 3 manufacturing locations. He was integral to the logistics and supply chain to +2 500 retail stores in 9 African countries.
Pravir's experience in the mobile telecoms sector as the Head of Marketing Strategy for a national service provider, was across Multi-Channel and Omni-Channel marketing, and delivered unmatched yields with exceptional sales growth.
Currently, Pravir heads up Business Development in SA and Africa for the only African owned Solar Panel Manufacturer: ARTsolar

Kamlesh qualified with a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town in 2000. He thereafter spent some time in the corporate world working for Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank and then Rand Merchant Bank in various roles from a middle office financial controller to a front office corporate dealer and then senior currency trader.
He left the corporate world to pursue his own franchised business, which he ran successfully for 7 years with a staff complement of 74. He thereafter sold the business back to the franchisor and took up the role of Group Financial Manager for the franchise. This is a position which he still holds.
In addition to the above, Kamlesh manages the day-to-day financial and administrative requirements for a number of trusts and companies whose primary business is in the owning and letting of commercial and residential property.
Kamlesh also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Durban Country Club from 2014, and was then elected as the Chairman of the Board from 2017 until May 2021. He was the youngest Chairman appointed at the Club, and also the first person of colour to serve in this position.
His business acumen spreads across various industries, and his passion for numbers ensures that all aspects of the business are accounted for accurately and correctly at all times. He has excellent analytical abilities, and enjoys the challenge of ensuring businesses make financial sense.
